Did anyone hear about this?

I tried it, and it works. I released DOOFER the level 100 Bidoof with Sheer Cold and No Guard afterwards. He had all the ribbons; ALL OF THEM, BRO

Update: I quit using it, after I got the TRU Arceus THAT WAS RIGHTFULLY MINEEEEEEEEEEE
